Deda Black Rain 22cm Steerer
From my old Condor I just sold. Only 22cm of Steerer left and one of the mudguard mounting threads has been damaged but will still hold a mudguard if you use a slightly longer screw and put a bolt on the other side. I did this for a while with no issues before deciding to go for a fork with a longer Steerer.
