Wanted: steel single speed, 52 to 55cm c-c OR f+f (horizontal drop outs/rear opening fork ends)

Current f+f on my single speed are pretty tired - I am looking to either swap old components onto new f+f OR just get a complete build (single speed).

Current frame is 55cm c-c - I'm 5 ft 5 so this is a tad larger than ideal. Headset is 1" / threaded forks so if just getting new f+f, it would ideally have same dimensions.

Don't need anything flashy or expensive, but my bike does gets a daily battering so sturdy is good! Not looking to spend more than £150 on frame or £250 0n complete bike.
