Ah. Aberlour. So anything from Dufftown area of Speyside would be fine. Balvene. Glenfiddich. Mortlach.

There are some good Glenrothes options too.

I'd go for a single bottle of either

Arberlour 18 year (£73 on Amazon), Glenfarclas 25 yr (£90 on Amazon) or Balvenie 21 year

or get a couple of bottles like the Glenfarclas 15 and Balvenie 14 caribbean cask (which I'm enjoying rn)

Personally I'd go for the Glenfarclas 25 year - as it's unlikely most people would spend £120+ on a bottle and I was up at the distillery earlier in the year

Vintage House has some crackers in the Christmas sale. Might have to go along and add to my collection.

At the moment I'm about to crack open a Gordon & McPhail Cask strength 1998 Clynelish that I forgot I'd bought.

Oh nice! Didn't know you could get Balcones in OZ. Their stuff is very tasty.
