See if anyone else (friends etc) wants it. 150€ isn't much to pass on and it'll be better for both of you. Otherwise, post-office. Maybe your bank if they have good terms.

Can anyone recommend me a rucksack? A big one for carrying gym kit? Needs to be big enough to carry some trainers, boxing gloves, spare clothes and a big D lock. Would like it have a mesh / foamy back so it doesn't get sweaty on my back when riding it around. I have a 30L dhb thing but its too small with too many bloody compartments that make it useless.

Might work but you'd need to recalibrate it each time you swap do allow for differences in stiffness.

I've been getting on ok with my Ortlieb Velocity. It's just a big single compartment, foam back, I removed the hip strap and will probably remove the chest strap so it's just a basic backpack. I've got the small one and use it to carry shoes, clothes, etc. Depending on how many clothes you might consider the bigger one. Paid maybe £65? I think.

Access to Covent Garden and the myriad of Outdoor Activity shops?
I would suggest you look for those with the 'waterproof' zips where hardly any of the teeth are showing. I also prefer at least smaller external zipped compartment for the everyday carry items. -

Ortlieb is roll-top closure so no zips = no water ingress.

@tommmmmmm I've always used the ACI spokes, they've always come with nipples (when I've bought from Cyclebasket), and they've never given me any problems.

The new big alpkit one looks nice. Relatively good value too.

I've always liked my Alpkit Gourdon. But that's obviously too small from your description. They have a new bag at 45 litres though:

If you're in Central London https://www.bestforeignexchange.com/ tend to do good rates
But flogging to a friend is generally the best if possible

Why would you want pounds? It's probably cheaper to travel back to France and buy food there. #brexitcunts

Thanks for the bag tips all.

@Chalfie http://www.cityforex.co.uk/ have consistently good rates and do a lot of volume

Thread on STW about how an attempt to do that with XT/XTR is proving a ballache. Without trying it's a risk.
Recalibration is no issue - easy on a Stages. -

Without trying it's a risk.
Stages say:
This Shimano 5800 Stages Power meter is compatible with all Shimano Hollowtech II road drivetrains.

What kind of readily-available cable is 1.1mm thick (like gear cables) and has a co-axial cylindrical head (like gear cables) that's 3mm in diameter and 3mm long (not like Campagnolo or Shimano/SRAM cables, which both use 4mm+ heads).?
Sturmey Archer shifters seem to use a ball or barrel (cylinder across the cable, like MTB brake cables).

Perfect, I'm going for it, £100 better in my pocket.
Until I spend it on other bike bits..

God shout.
Does last post timing suggest that they may be posting under a new name post migration to microcosm? Not that it would be easy to miss such a character.

I have always had video/audio sync issues after a couple of minutes of content from BBC iPlayer/Youtube. I figured this was down to the PC being near to a decade old. So we got passed down a fairly new PC with an i7, 16GB RAM and an actual GPU but these videos still go out of sync after a minute or so...Adobe Flash is up to-date. Same issues with Firefox and Chrome.
I'm running a VGA > HDMI converter to display the computer on the LED TV. It takes the audio from USB, combines it with the VGA output for the HDMI input. This might be where the problem lies, but standard videos (.mkv, .avi, etc) work fine with no sync issues.
Any ideas?

Used Parcel2Go to prepay a £15 Parcelforce delivery for a frameset I sent to my friend - dropped it off at the post office who were happy with the size of it (pretty tight to max, but they measured it and were happy).
Today I get an email saying it's 313cm in length + girth where their max is 300cm and demanding an extra £40 to deliver it. Do I have a leg to stand on here?
EDIT - tracking says they've delivered it. Won't be paying that then.

Probably.
Could you get a cheap set-top box that does youtube and BBC iPlayer and feed your TV with that?
Or download the content and then play direct from the USB?
Or try a different adapter?
currency buy back on the high street. I've got approx 150 euros i want back as pounds.
best deal? place?
Post office?
