I did the 10k trail race at the Kendal Mountain Festival last weekend, which confirmed to me that I am terrible at trail running (can't cope with the fear of falling over!). Stunning views, though and a fun morning. Beforehand I got interviewed and for some reason I thought it would be a good idea to talk about how I'd eaten a massive curry the night before and had the fear. WHY OH WHY. Hopefully that will get edited out of whatever that's being used for. Especially as I was wearing my owl bobble hat. SPECIAL.
