How often would one need to wind it up?

48 hour reserve from fully wound, I wind it every morning though. I quite enjoy it.

looking for something to replace my fathers much loved seiko, which recently died. don't have a photo but it was simple, YG, white dial, black arabic markers, quartz, slim, light, (these two his biggest) priorities) small (~28-30mm) and he loved it. He isn't a fancy man, and won't wear anything too "nice," but I want to find something still nice enough to warrant being given as a gift. don't even have a clue where to start - any inspiration appreciated! drawing blanks trying to find anything that small
