I'm tempted by JC3 - bought it for PS4 and enjoyed what i played but didn't even get to 50%.
Cities: Skylines also seems like one of those ones i should buy but will never really play it enough to justify it.

It sounds like I'd be on the brink of not being able to run it so I left it off in the end. I figure if I play Cities: Skylines even just once, it'll be 4 or 5 hours and that's decent enough value for money for me

Buy JC3, install it, see if it runs well. If not, get a refund.

I just done the same with Hitman No Subtitle.

Big fan of Steam's refunds, a long time coming!
