I've not been checking my cleat screws and now have lost one and gained a chrome shoe irremovably attached to a time atac xc2.
Anyone know how i can get it off? Twisting it only seems to be potentially damaging my shoe (can rotate it a full 180 and it's still on)
Small flat head between the cleat and spring and use leverage? Probably easiest to remove the attac from the bike
Someone on here might have some chain opening pliers?
