It looks like they are not using power:weight in the way that cycling performance professionals would. In our performance lab, we quote max minute aerobic power:body mass(kg). If this is what they are talking about, then yes, it is low for 'conditioned' cyclists.
Sounds like they are talking about holding 190-225 watts for a 75 kg rider working out to 30-33 kmph. Maintaining the ratio for heavier (need to push more watts) or lighter (push less watts) riders means it is the same speed for everyone but I guess you don't sound super technical and cool if you just quote speed nor can you justify your SRM cranks for a 40 min club ride. 30-33 kmph = not that fast riding as a group.

For what it's worth, as a lowly (heavy) cat 3 cyclist my FTP is around 3w/kg.

I think I'm closer to 3kg/w
I know I struggle to do more than 3km/pt -

4w/kg and I've never made it out of 4th cat.
Maybe a ultralight disc biek will help?

Maybe you're bad at sprinting.

Yes, this is very much the problem.
Maybe a super stiff ultra lightweight disc biek with blips. Sprinters like blips.

It's the mtb brake levers that will really help you

What a load of watts.

They have 'members rides' pages
Admire the saddle, and the angle of the shifters.

I don't understand how any half functioning biped would not think you were a douchetrumpet if you turned up on a bike like that.

"Wow, look at this head tube! Where am I going to put my stack of spacers?"

Think that's more a victim of a terrible photographer than anything
That said, shifter angle is approved...for cyclocross.

One of those guys has racked up 60 hours cycling this year with a whopping 34000ft elevation.
