As the temperature drops, it's reaching an average of minus three where I am, my face is freezing to my helmet.

Does anyone own a buff? If so, is it the original or the polar you would recommend?

Merino buff (or equivalent, the one I have is the only piece of Rapha I own) over your nose, headband (or skullcap if it's really cold).

Main problem is glasses steaming up when you stop. I set off like that and gradually move the buff down as I warm up.

Off the bike good for -20 plus windchill
