I'll have to take a second look but this headset doesn't have cups but more like a ridge built into the headtube and fairly certain its not removable, I did see a bearing on evans website similar to the C Creek one on CRA and I posted the Question if this fitted the Allez sport 2008 their answer was take the bike into store which I want to avoid if possible..

Cheers for that I had a better look at it tonight and yes exactly like the one in yr pic's and everything makes more sense now, these forums never let you down...many thanks
