Knowyourmeme is now full of cunts since Wikipedia started banning shitheads, however that article is actually quite reasonable.
People using 'triggered' as a joke are pretty low. Basically you are, directly or indirectly, mocking people with PTSD, which is pretty shitty, and mods here have deleted posts where people have done that before.
And no PTSD isn't just something soldiers get.
