It's possible, but you have to hack the query string manually because @Velocio can't be arsed to write an "advanced search" page with all the possible parameters as input fields.
Something like https://www.lfgss.com/search/?authorId=60934&type=comment&id=157436&sort=date should work

How can I search for all posts from a specific member in a given thread. Eg all my posts in this thread. C'est possible?
In the search box, on the right that says "Search conversation", simply enter authorId:60934 .
