Di2 is fucking mad crazy good. It had me grinning like an oaf the whole time I was using it. A bit tricky to get used to at first with two pairs of gloves on but feels comfortable now.
Compass tyres are the tits. Woke up this morning and the rear tyre had lost half of it's pressure. Initially I though tubeless and I were not going to get on at all but after inflating it, it held air all day. I guess the sealant was still settling?
I was a bit worried that with the geo, less drop and big tyres the bike would feel a little slow but I couldn't have been more wrong; it's like riding on a magic carpet, bumps on the road disappear and you just glide along with minimal effort.
I have had a similar experience having moved from SRAM Red, which was still bloody great, to Di2. I also recognise the slight design fault in the shifters in cold weather (too close together) but it's not fatal.
A few words...

This bike is the best.
