Also let's remember when the first Gangsta came out it was pretty innovative
didn't it just expand the trend of messengers putting fixed wheels in steel MTB frames?

I also totally understand why Gangsta tracks go for big money and have no beef with that. I spent money on a crashed NJS frame just cause i liked it

And the BMW website is down :( sad days indeed

website now says "on vacation"...

Not sure if anyone is interested, since the bike seems to be in Singapore but I'll post it anyway. Since BMW are closed now, I figure that the Gangstas will be even harder to get from now on.

SGD 1500 ~GBP850
USD 1500 ~GBP 1200It can't be both, top one isn't that unreasonable, yeah there are some wank parts but they could be resold easily

I assume the second part is still referring to Singapore dollars

My mate is sellin his V2 Gangsta Long.
Got front and back cantis, brake cable guides, and mudguards.
It's gettin a Cole Coatings flake paintjob next week, if you buy it in time you can choose colour.£800 for frame, forks, headset, seatpost.
Pretty gully deal considering paintjob and modifications. -

Not seen this thread for sometime. I had a email from Argos racing to say my BMW forks are ready for collection, brake studs added and a new tango orange paint job. There about 2 weeks early!!
There is some argument that you get better quality with rolex and apple, but its a 2kg cromoly frame not a £10k watch
