Just cleaned and services these this week. Basically three different variants of Omega WWW. Left hand side is the original dished sub-second dial, and the other two are later MoD dials.

Has anyone seen the 36mm black bay in the shops? Tempted to look at getting one if I like the feel of it and if I can move my Tudor Hydronaut on for a similar price.

Saw one in Geneva yesterday... Nice enough.

I've tried one on but, for the money (or near enough), you can get a used 114270 Explorer which is much more refined.
The bracelet etc are really nice (as you'd expect) but that dial is awful. The large hands feel really unbalanced and make it feel more like if Ice Watch decided to make an Explorer.

City boy watches... The new ones anyway...

I've yet to see one in the flesh in London, I've got a few trips coming up so will have to keep an eye out at the airports.
I wouldn't mind an Explorer but second-hand on a bracelet they seem to come in nearer to £3k than £2k.
I like the idea of a 36mm watch on a bracelet but there doesn't seem to be a great deal out there.
Or I can just keep my Hydronaut which is pretty slimline and wears fairly small for a dive watch (and is hopefully old enough not to qualify as a city boy watch).

Left hand drive and a short story
It's not a hand, it's a "red line"
