Some words direct from the paint wizards: "All the graphics are paint. Except the awesome 531. That's a dry transfer we had custom made.
The flake is only in the black. We thought it would be a nice effect to leave the white 'pure' as it were...and also it made the job more complicated and we're suckers like that.
There's a wet flatting stage still to go. Then a third and fourth clearcoat in order to bury the texture of the flake.
After that, it'll be the flood fills on the fork and clusters using one shot and then it will be flattened again and polished."
