I have two questions:
How the fuck is it possible not to notice you have no lights on your car? In the last week, i've had to tell 11 people to turn their lights on.
If you see someone cycling along and their choice of outfit on the bottom half is almost completely see-through, should you tell them that their frilly knickers are visible to the whole world or should you let them work it out for themselves one day?
