Nice work on the seatpost! Silver fc-5800 will look way better with a black chainring I suspect @Amey. If you're unsure about the gearing I'd put it in some calculator and compare it to the gears you normally ride and go a little higher if you plan to go touring in some hillier areas. This build is gonna be great I reckon
