Maybe your light is still in warranty? Or the fix was super simple. They contacted me to get the go-ahead and take payment before doing the work

I had to call them and pay my bill before the work was carried out, but it was only £12 including first class signed return for a very out of warranty light!

Props to USE also. £18.50 bill to fix my Strada including postage, seems fair to me. Also just down the road from my mum, so that's nice
