Meh, if it's not what everyone wants it to be will wait for its price to tumble, if it's amazing will wait for a child to run through it really quickly and buy second hand...

That's up to you i guess. I don't have a PS4 anymore and probably wouldn't have bought it anyway but if they get the story right, it could be fantastic.
I'm playing through Read Dead Redemption again at the moment and the graphics are kind of shitty compared to where we are now but the story is so good that i couldn't give a fuck.

It's definitely happening.
It 'went gold' on October 21st meaning they've sent release code to disc manufacturers etc.
Current pre-release play throughs say it feels like a game that should have come out in 2010 in terms of game tech, mechanics etc etc but that the story itself is very compelling.
