So I've popped some 60mm Gilles Berthoud guards onto my roadrat for new wider tyres (42mm Marathon Supreme). Once I'd trimmed enough off for fork clearance they fit fine, but the rear is flexing vertically quite a lot - I can feel it bouncing around if I go over a speedbump. I think the cause is the compact geometry of the roadrat, it's a long way from brake bridge round to the single stay near the end of the mudguard, so I'll probably need to fit another stay.
So, does anyone have a spare 60mm GB stay, or would anyone like the other half of a pair? I can only find them in pairs and I can't imagine needing a fourth stay...
