AF1 duckboot sneakerboots.
There are plenty of deadstock ones on ebay for <£100.
The black and tan ones have a slightly questionable aesthetic but are usefully cheap and your feet stay dry even when the puddles come over your toes. I've worn mine in ankle deep mud and snow with no issues.
Duckboot soles gave shit grip on pedals tho.
