I tried on several pairs of these shoes earlier today. Seller was really helpful.
From my experience I would say that the Diadora Euro sizing corresponds to what I would expect from Nike/Specialized/Shimano; they don't run small like Lake/Sidi/Bont.
I'd also say that the road shoes are slightly roomier than the MTB versions - I would normally never go below 43, but could just about fit in to a 42 in the road shoe; the same could not be said of the MTB shoes.
Pricing seems OK, the Sprinter pricing is particularly keen if the sizing works for you..
