Will it boot into TWRP? Do you still have the ROM saved on the device? if so, you could try wiping it from TWRP and reinstalling the ROM, maybe. Check out XDA forum, in amongst the crap are some people who really know their stuff.

It will, yes. I'll just try flashing the new ROM. This one should give it 4g/lte which was half the point of doing this.

And have you downloaded GAPPS? Looks like you'll need to flash that at the same time as the ROM or it'll go nuts and fail to boot etc.
