Or just restart the phone, and transfer it using google drive or something then boot back to recovery and install supersu.
Nice one thought so. I would just do the latter, but since flashing TWRP it will no longer boot into Android, or factory reset. I will try just flashing the new ROM tonight, otherwise I fear it may be toast.
