From memory it would change depending on how active I was. I'm convinced all the vibrations from riding used to speed it up. Anywhere between 5-10 mins a week. It also stopped several times while surfing. It didn't really matter cause I'd give it a shake and it was ready to go again but I was worried the constant time adjusting would end up ruining the thread in the crown and the case end up not being water tight. Sometimes however, it seemed to hold time to within a minute or so for weeks.
Might just be me though, I seem to kill watches. Always have. But I'm probably going to buy a SRP775 - so I'm not turned off seiko at all!
what were you getting? my SKX013 seems a little fast, but I've flown a bit recently so...
