I would have to say yes to prove my point but I actually don't know.
Hagen Wechsel is a serious frame builder in Germany who does serious stuff though.

Hi guys!
I am with a doubt... I am 175cm tall 31' inseam and want to buy a Histogram frameset.
I am in doubt between the frameset size 54 (S) and 57 (M). You who have these sizes of framesets, what are your measurements?
-
• #3607
M (57) too small for my 184cm.

Odyssey BMX do....

Most would go by the T1 (effective top tube) measurement on this and any other bike. You're quoting the S (seat tube) measurement which is less important on this frame due to the geometry. Get the M.

You racing or giving it track time Ed ?
Wild guess as the front brake lever looks super quick to remove.
Do like the colourway :) -
• #3614
You guess right, and it is super quick to removed, I used to run a cross-top levers but got fed up of constantly going from drop to hood just to slow down.
Actually fit better than the Felt TK3 (that was too long and low, modern track geo).

where do you ride this? Looks fun.

Herne Hill, used to be on this, you can see how it's not quite right despite being a great bike.

Shit. My large has just arrived and I'm 6ft. Haven't built it up but it looks miles too big, was wildly swinging from spending the last 4 years riding a bike that was a tad too small and over compensated. Wish I had seen this earlier.

L will probably fit you just fine unless you really want a lot of saddle-bar drop
-
• #3619
It's a (faux) low pro, it will look like it's too big because the seat tube is longer.

New seat post arrived!
Going from Thomson&Flite4lyfe to Enve clamp and oversized carbon rails was a massive WTF. Had to load up a youtube video and everything to figure it out.
Also fitted brake and lever, need to trim the cable though.
Cheeky SG75 DD's should be arriving soon...

120mm FWE stem (they're the only one I can find that have a gloss black finish), old 36h wheelset, and shorten chain.
Next step, get the steerer cut.

There's the Zipp service course in 120mm...i have in black out with matchy seat post
-

That there are, but pound for pound, rhe FWE work perfectly and once I removed the tiny decals, blend in nicely with the headtube.
I might paint it like the Cadence/Ritchey stem with arrows on it.

I think you're right. I just need to live with the fact that I'm trading comfort for street cred.

I realise I was actually lying out of ma ass. I has 53cm. I am 5ft 11.
Prob could have gone 57 (I has traditional 57 vitus) but I love the toight geo.
Good fo tuck wid extensions.
