I've banned his accounts, deleted the content.
I've also moved India onto a blacklist, so apologies to the few forum people there at the moment.
The difficult thing is that it's not a bot. It's a real person, with real Google accounts, signing in and posting content.
Bots are easy, people are harder. But hopefully blocking India for a while will work.
