Don't forget those pellets are proprietary... (actually look the same as the cat litter I buy though).

I'd assume they are food grade wood pellets as used in some smokers. Non food grade pellets will may use binding agents and woods that produce toxic smoke.

Are these readily available? I'm gonna hit the trigger on a pizza oven next year just need to decide if the roccbox is worth double the cost of the uuni.
