25-35k, it would have a bonus (which, if you were working for one of the big chains, you'd work 80 hours a week to get).

Thanks.
What sort of bonus are we talking? £5k or £50k?

5K if you are lucky

Run a decent bar, you're looking at 40-50k pa, but you'd have to climb the ladder to get there.

There's a really sweet deal on a 90's Klein MTB here in the Philippines the only caveat is a dent on the top tube. It's hard to tell from the picture, but do people think this is still rideable?

Hello,
I would like to use a song I found for a film i've created and then publish it on youtube/vimeo. Does anyone have any experience on doing this? how do I get the song and use it all legally? ?
Kind Regards,
Sean

In the end it was too good to turn down at just over a hundred quid. There's no cracks yet but yeah it doesn't look great. I'll ride it on some easy trails and worst case scenario will transfer the parts to a touring bike and hang the Klein on the wall. It's still my favorite all time paint job.

the steel has been rubbed away about 3mm deep
Main tubes are normally about 1mm wall thickness, 3mm seems crazy for an undrilled bridge since the extra metal would sink more heat away from the weld.

But... Advanced laser cut offshore grade stainless steel.

You can hang your bike in a salt water tank and the mount will survive without fear of blemish.

Tube wall worn thin and deformed inwards before the first hole appeared? -giving the impression of a greater wall thickness and also providing a backing for a pool of braze?

If you want to monetise it, you'll need to license it from the publisher. This usually involves finding the publisher of the track and contacting them, you might be able to do it through PRS too, here's some links that might help: https://www.prsformusic.com/users/recordedmedia/Pages/default.aspx
If it's something that's just going to be on youtube and you're not going to monetise you can sometimes forfeit the rights and the publisher will take royalties from clicks. Depends on if the publisher has a deal with youtube, some just block the video.

What do I do about this, below my bottom bracket? Will this woodrup frame ever be the same again?
