It's hard to see in that pic but the steel has been rubbed away about 3mm deep, exposing a 4mm wide hole that's been plugged with brass in the past and has been re-exposed because of more rubbing. He obviously likes running tyres too big for such tight clearances...
I'm annoyed as much because he was a twat about shipping than the damage itself, and it also makes me wonder what else has been left undeclared under the paint...
