So much effort yet not changing the dropouts..
As for this one, don't butcher it.. leave the braze ons, you will regret it once you did it.
Also the rear should be 130 and can be squeezed to 120 quite easy.
As I said before, don't butcher it.. for winter get a MTB with knobby tyres, this frame hasn't been made for that.

The problem is my 40-fucking-inch inseam length, which makes finding a cheap, big enough frame nearly impossible. I'm saving money for a custom frame, but that will take some time so i figured i might as well fix this bike. I'll probably keep the braze-ons but maybe get a new fork if i find one in the future.
I removed my cable guides and im happy about it. also removed are gear shift mount. (and everything else. even the rear gear deleriur <- can't spell it.
If you love your bike, give it a concorde fork ;)
