There was some talk about the Tulse Hill Hotel on here a while back.
I'd had a drink there a couple of times but had my first meal there on Sunday.
Excellent, IMO. Yes it's pricy, but this was a treat. £30 quid for a roast ham hock to share between two, and you could have comfortably fed four with it. Pub roasts are often very poor, but this one was a winner. Great service too, and they let us take a load of ham home in foil for our sandwiches on Monday.
The beer selection was a bit "crafty" for my tastes, but otherwise would go again.
