I reckon there's 300g of dry pasta - enough to fill the dish 1/3 of the way up (as a rough guess on how much would fill it cooked) Then 1 pint white sauce (50g butter, 50g flour, 500ml milk) I used 100g tub of crab - next time I'll use 150g though
