I've seen courier boxes where they've designed the L-plate into the graphics on the back. It's pretty much the norm.
You still need to pass a test before you're allowed to ride, even with L plates.
Nah, you need to complete a "compulsory basic training" which you can't fail, if you're that bad they just ask you to come back again.
