I almost bought these from Tom a couple of months ago, I didn't because I spent all my spare cash on a frame and my wheel plans changed in line with the frame I bought.
Anyhow, I was going to buy them via the internet and have them posted. Tom photographed and pointed out the damage in your second pic, I found this reasonable wear and tear for a used rim.
If I had bought them at that price and after removing the tyres found another two very small dents I'd still be happy that they were a good deal.
