By your own admission, the dings which you now consider to be a deal breaker weren't visible without taking the tyres off and giving them a good clean (so hardly huge faults), so they weren't visible to me when I listed them, which I did in good faith.
If I'd posted these out, and you'd relied entirely on my judgment, I would refund. But claiming that you're due a refund because you didn't properly inspect something you've changed your mind about anyway? That's just sly.
