What's the current thinking on fasted commutes/morning rides for weight loss and improving fat-burning? Calorie counting was boring the shit out of me so I gave up and predictably am yo-yoing like crazy
Works well for me when eating LCHF. (Actually works better with running than riding). Breaking your fast with fat and protein rather than carbs seems to stop cravings later in the day as well.
