Further to my search for a phone with a "good enough for me" camera, I decided that they're not all that yet and ordered a cheap moto e and bought an expensive (for me) x70. Having owned a GR in the past I was always frustrated with the slow AF and tough night shots that I got out of it. The x70, though no rocket, is miles better in both departments and as a bonus for slow learners like me many of the controls are in the form of buttons and dials instead of buried in sub-menus.
