Went out for a very short, steep bridleway ride on the horizons after a fair bit of brake fettling. Didn't die as I'd expected!
Rolled pretty well on tarmac, not as supple as compass obviously but the increased volume made up for that. Lower bb on straggler felt good round corners but did clip pedals hauling myself over a couple of stairs/sleepers - might have just been lack of concentration. Definitely cleared more of the fist-size rock section that with 35c, could probably have made the whole thing with a little less air and if there wasn't a horse coming the other way... Hopefully get out for some evening rides when this cold clears up...
