650b 42c road tubeless is a tall order atm .. the new panaracer gravel king is supposed to be released in tubeless variant and they currently have a 650b 1.75" that came in at 40mm on 19mm internal width rim that I have. WTB Horizon are tubeless at 47c. But for 42mm I'd say go with KOM i23. 25mm internal on road is uncharted territory for me; might be a paint to get tyres on. There is also Easton ARC that come in 24mm variant. If you want the #baller carbon then WTB Ci24.
