Malcolm at the Cycle Clinic likes the road version, perhaps he could get the track version ( @thecycleclinic on here).
He does list Zenith hubs, which are perfectly good and you can get a pair for less than a rear Ridea.
For future reference, BLB are notorious for charging way over the odds: if you find something you like there, you'll find it cheaper somewhere else.

PS Why 28h?
Not as strong as 32h and with no aero gain.

heard only good things about them. I really like the lockring which is made to be used with a bb tool. Only thing is the aluminium body strips away pretty quickly as with all aluminium hubs.

PS Why 28h?
Fair point - just trying to see if I can get closer to my (24/28) road wheels in terms of weight. The current 32H track wheels on my SS "everyday bike" have been solid as a rock - but they're not light.

I would go for these for that sort of price,
I own a set and so far im really pleased with them.
Has anybody here any experience of these? https://www.bricklanebikes.co.uk/ridea-ht-track-rear-hub-silver
The low weight and 28H drilling is attractive but there doesn't seem much web chatter about them in use. Looking for some decent hubs without having to go for relatively heavy, high spoke count Phils etc..?
