Mate, did I see you riding this thru Kennington this morning?
If so, your front brake cable needs to be at least 50% shorter. Other than that, nice bike.

Yes, that was me!
It's on my to do list this week. I had to use an old one we had lying around and i didn't have any cutters. Tbh I was slightly nervous this morning about getting it caught on a passing object and having a comical-not-so-comical fall.

Excuse the crappy photo. I took it on the ride to work this morning when i had to stop to adjust my front brake.
- I still need to cut the brake cable. Borrowing cutters this week
- I swapped the straps for my SPDs for now. The commute is not the place to get used to new pedals as i spent 90% of my time looking at my left foot. Has anyone else had trouble using straps? Is it me or is it because i'm using them with relatively small track pedals
- 32c fit nice and snug. Would recommend.
- Black cranks staying for now ;)

Did some very light gravel riding around Richmond Park today. GravelKings were much grippier than i expected!
Ridiculous weather though; sun, hale, snow.

Looks good fun, stem needs slamming and steerer cut.

Nice, good to see you're enjoying it! Not a big fan of the saddle aesthetically, nose reminds me of
But I guess it's comfy! ;)

I've been riding at Herne Hill for a few months now and I've been getting increasingly frustrated with the hire bikes (I just can't get them comfortable) so have built this up in track mode. I'll take a complete build photo at the weekend.
Thanks to @No_hands for the upgraded tubular Miche Pistards - the ceramic bearings feel lush.

Are you going to run brake for the front, as the Pistards don't have a brake area.

so have built this up in track mode

^ this. I'm keeping my other wheelset for the road, mainly so I can keep running 32c tyres on my commute.

Felt great today at HHV. Need to lower the saddle a touch, and try a 120mm stem. Silver Sugino 75s?

Black 75s and a less beluga saddle pls.
Photos! Photos! Arty ones in the rain!
Edit: also, how did the 32 mm tyres work out? Any clearance issues?
