• picked up a slightly ratty but interesting looking french track frame recently (possibly off a forumist?). It's destined for every day/pub/beater territory. I wondered if anyone could enlighten me with a little intel. It's made of ishiwata 022, french (so french threaded BB and 22.0mm steerer ID) and I'm currently double checking the seat tube, but suspect 26.8mm (note non functional tuna can shimmed seatpost for pics).

I assume 'Angers Doutre' would be referring to the Velodrome in Angers. The only thing resembling a makers mark is 'EDA' on the BB, who I think is a small french framebuilder, but who also seemed to have supplied things like BB shells for other manufacturers like Gitane and Mercier, so not necessarily the builder of this frame. Any ideas?
