Course you can - they're a proprietary 4 bolt 110BCD crank arm that is used throughout the Dura Ace 9000 range from the 50/34 to 55/42 versions.
There are lots of manufacturers that sell the 4-bolt style chain rings in a veriety of different sizes.
However, the whole bike sold the beginning of the week!

That now makes me think might the Dura Ace cranks that @dick is selling take any chainrings? ie you can change the 53/39 and go compact?
