• Well after some more research I found out that it's actually not a first, but second generation Chorus crankset. And as the prices on eBay average between $80 and $90 in this condition the price of £60 would still be pretty fair. I've lowered it however to £55 ;)

  • 2nd gen. were inherited from CDA and had self-extractor crank bolts.

    Even without bolts, the difference is clear: 1st gen. has a distinctive "volcano lip" around the crank bolt, whereas 2nd gen. is flat.

    The date code will confirm this.
