Maybe, I don't know about that.
It just seems that its quite a risk to appeal and lose given that it would take the process perilously close to the self imposed end of March A50 deadline.
Perhaps better to accept defeat and win over Parliament. Or perhaps they can do both? Appeal and appease just in case?
Doesn't this administration, particularly May, have a track history of always appealing decisions that don't go in their favour?
