Its hard to get a good finish. the fundamentals of reflective materials mean you need a smooth, even layer of the glass particles to have good reflective surface, thats why it is always so expensive.
I am working on glow in the dark powder put on to Lacquer on a frame i am doing, but that frame is painted a light green so will hide it a bit better.
could lacquer the frame and dust with the reflective glass beads... though they cost a BOMB
anyone ever seen/used reflective paint or treatment on a frame before?
Basically wonderng if there's something that allows the frame to look normal in the day but light up at night when lights are shone on it.
