I picked up a tequesta for 40 quid the other day. Timberlines are sub £100 bikes on ebay or retrobike. £280 is a long way out I'm afraid.

Thanks @Brameses for the input that's helpful, thought it might be a bit high but seeing as almost everything on it is upgraded it was worth a shot. Those tyres alone retail at £80 - £90 a pair in the shops!
Price drop now to £200. Don't want to go any lower than that as I have a friend of a friend up north offering £250 but not until December.

Then bite his hand off quick :)
For sale this is a very comfortable yet stiff bike that I don't really want to part with but needs must.
Full Sora groupset
On One Midge handlebars
Deda Zero 2 stem
Reasonably new Deore rear wheel, Mavic a319 rim (I think)
Front wheel shimano exage 500 hub on ritchey rim (worn and will need replacing at some point within the next 6 months)
Marathon supreme 26 x 1.6 tyres - no signs of wear
Zefal mudguards
Tektro cantilever front brake
Shimano exage 500 rear u-brake
This would be an excellent winter commuter for anyone between 5'6" - 6' (I'm 6' - notice the silly long steerer and seatpost).
I'm hoping to get £280 for it but do let me know if you think this price is a bit out - I'm not too well versed in selling full bikes.
Collection from Greenwich SE10.
